As a teacher, I have always admired children’s curiosity, imagination and view of the world. Children do not only look for answers; they also ask the questions adults have forgotten to ask.
Artificial intelligence cannot, of course, think like a child. But when used correctly, it can nurture children’s curiosity, develop their ideas and help them create what they imagine.
For me, the real issue is not keeping children away from artificial intelligence. It is offering them an environment where they can understand, question and safely use this technology.
Robi was born from this idea.
With Robi, which we developed under AYKA, we bring artificial intelligence into children’s world in a safe, understandable and productive way. We do not simply offer children a technology; we teach them how to think with it, create with it and develop their own ideas.
Robi addresses children with this question:
“Would you imagine something with me that has never been thought of before?”
Our goal
Today’s children are growing up in a world where artificial intelligence is a natural part of life. Our responsibility is not simply to prepare them for this world, but to help them become conscious, creative and empowered individuals within it.
At Robi, we do not want children to be people who merely use artificial intelligence. We want them to question the information they receive, ask the right questions, develop their own ideas and use technology to create.
In the future, those who make a difference will not be the ones who get the fastest answer from artificial intelligence, but those who know what to ask and can turn the answer they receive into their own idea.
What Kind of Future Do We Want to Build Together?
Robi is not an educational programme limited to children alone. It is a new learning model where children, teachers, parents and schools come together around the same idea of the future.
We are building a structure where teachers do not feel alone in the classroom, parents can trust their children’s relationship with technology, and schools can offer the education of the future today.
Together with universities, educators and subject experts, we are developing Robi on academic foundations. We continually improve the programme through feedback from schools, teachers, children and parents.
At AYKA, we do not put technology ahead of education. We see technology as a powerful tool that expands the possibilities of good education.
Our aim is not to give children ready-made answers. It is to preserve their curiosity, strengthen their creativity and give them the confidence to build their own worlds with artificial intelligence.
As a Teacher and Programme Director
As a teacher and director of the Robi Programme, what matters most to me is that children do not remain passive in the face of technology.
I do not think it is enough for children simply to learn how to use artificial intelligence tools. I want them to grow into individuals who understand what they see, question the answers they receive, make their own decisions and bring their ideas to life.
This goal is behind every lesson we create at Robi.
We do not settle for telling children about the future. We open up a space where they can think, experiment and create within it.
With Robi, children do not simply get to know artificial intelligence. They learn to think with it, create with it and bring their own ideas to life.
