1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small data files that may be stored on your device through your browser when you visit a website. Technologies such as the browser’s local storage may also be used for similar purposes.
2. Which technologies does Robi use?
| Technology | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Local display preference | Remember the site’s technical display preference | First-party technical storage | Until browser storage is cleared |
| Cookie-free aggregate site measurement | Measure page use and technical performance at an aggregate level | Measurement without cookies or local storage identifiers | The provider’s retention period will be verified before publication |
| First-party site events | Measure the broad stages of school calls-to-action and the discussion form flow | Technical requests without cookies or persistent visitor identifiers | The provider’s retention period will be verified before publication |
Cookie-free aggregate site measurement may show technical dimensions such as the visited hostname and page path, referring site, country, device, browser and operating system in aggregate reports. A separate first-party event record contains only the permitted event name and approximate page placement or general error category; it does not contain names, email addresses, school names, message content, form submission numbers, IP addresses, browser information, referrer or full page addresses, Turnstile keys or student and child information. No advertising cookie, session recording or targeting tool that tracks users across different sites is used.
3. Essential and optional cookies
Technical cookies strictly necessary for a service’s operation or security may be used to provide that service. The planned limited analytics do not place cookies or local storage identifiers. If optional cookies, advertising, personalisation or another tracking technology is used in the future, this policy and the necessary preference mechanism will be updated separately before the tool is enabled.
4. How can you control cookies?
You can view, delete or block cookies and local storage data in your browser settings. If you block essential technical storage, some basic site functions may not work as expected.
5. Policy changes
When the technologies used on the site change, this policy is updated to clearly state the tool’s name, purpose, duration and first- or third-party nature.
6. Contact and official source
For questions, you can contact info@getrobi.ai. This policy has been prepared with reference to the Personal Data Protection Authority’s Guidelines on Cookie Practices.
