1. Our approach to privacy
At Robi, we aim to handle personal data only for a clear and specific purpose, to the extent needed and securely. We do not collect your information unnecessarily, use it outside its purpose or share it with unauthorised parties.
2. Information that may be collected on the website
When you simply visit the site, your name or contact details are not requested directly. When you contact us by email or phone, the contact details, institutional information and message content you share may be processed to conduct your discussion. Limited access records may also be generated for security and technical operation. The planned cookie-free aggregate site measurement may show technical dimensions such as the visited hostname and page path, referring site, country, device, browser and operating system in aggregate reports.
A separate first-party event record contains only the permitted school call-to-action or form stage, approximate placement on the page and general error category. This event record does not contain names, email addresses, school names, form content or numbers, IP addresses, browser information, referrer or full page addresses, persistent visitor identifiers, Turnstile keys or student and child information. A temporary one-way value generated from an IP address may be used only for abuse prevention limits; this value is not stored in event records or application logs.
3. Information about children
This website is not a space where children create accounts or share personal information in an open-ended way. If personal data about students is to be processed in Robi’s school programme, the scope, purpose, retention period, school’s role, parental information and necessary security measures are determined separately before delivery begins.
4. How do we use information?
- To answer your questions and share the information you request,
- To conduct school discussions, demo requests and programme planning,
- To keep the site secure and operational,
- To measure site use and the broad stages of the school discussion flow without profiling individuals,
- To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
5. Service providers
Hosting and measurement providers may support website hosting, technical security and, if enabled, limited site measurement; relevant service providers may support email communication. These parties are given access only to the extent required by their service and are expected to protect data security. Personal information is not sold for advertising; advertising targeting, session recording and cross-site visitor profiling are not carried out.
6. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet can be claimed to provide absolute security.
7. Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected and legal obligations continue. Ninety days is a technical proposal for school discussion records; it is not an approved retention period and has not been enabled in the live site form. The provider’s site measurement retention period will also be verified before publication. Until exact periods are approved by the data controller and legal assessment, the form collecting personal information and analytics remain disabled on the live site. Once the need for retention ends, data is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your choices and rights
To ask questions about your information, request correction or deletion, and exercise your rights under KVKK, you can contact info@getrobi.ai. For details, see the KVKK Privacy Notice.
9. Policy changes
This policy may be updated if services or legislation change. Significant changes are clearly announced on this page, and the updated text takes effect from its publication date.
